What’s Involved in a Plumbing Inspection?
Whether you’re buying your first home or an investment property, a plumbing inspection will ensure there are no hidden costs involved. Our plumbers will start with a visual inspection, looking for any areas that have damp patches or water damage. They then perform a pressure test to ensure there are no hidden water service leaks.
Using modern CCTV drainage cameras, we will inspect the quality of stormwater and sewer drains, looking for any blockages or damage that may be out of sight. If an issue is detected, we’ll capture photo and video evidence. We can also check gas appliances, hot water systems and more.
